Plugin has no effect

    I am using the standard Twenty Eleven theme. Today I installed the plugin Quick and Easy FAQs, and wanted to re-order the FAQs I created. I installed Post Types Order and it’s simple enough… it just doesn’t have any effect on the order of the FAQs. I can drag and drop OK to change the order, but after I hit update and reload the site, the order of the FAQs is unchanged. Any simple suggestions?

    Is the Autosort turned On? Possible you use a cache plugin, in which case you should clear the cache.
    Also i would try to disable other active plugins.

    Many thanks for your help. It works now. Auto Sort was not checked, because I could not understand the associated text describing its function. I believe that the author of the plugin is not a native English speaker.
