Visual editor not working in Google chrome for administrator account

  • Text editor is working but visual editor is not working in Google chrome only for administrator. Visual editor is working perfect for authors in chrome. Visual editor is working for all accounts including administrator in mozilla firefox and other browsers.

    Problem is only with administrator account in chrome.

    Tried clearing cache and everything in chrome. Also tried incognito mode.
    Problem is not with plugin or chrome as it is working for authors in chrome and for authors and admins in firefox.

    Hi!

    Have you tried deactivating all plugins? And if that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I’ve had at least one plugin that created this sort of an issue.
