Error Adding new access options

Just installed Leaky Paywall a couple of days ago. Under Subscription Levels -> Access Options, when I click on Add New Post Type button all I get is a 0 added under the first option. Each time I click on the button I get another 0. I am running version 3.0.0 of Leaky Paywall. I have tried this with 4 different browsers and 2 different computers.
