    Hello Eliot
Your Custom Content Shortcode (CCS) works perfectly in a Template created with Visual Composer (VC).
However, when using a Template containing CCS as Templatera Element the shortcode output is their but it looses all formatting.
The VC folks don’t seem to know why. Using or not using ‘[raw][/raw]’ doesn’t influence the output.
    Can you help?
    Thanks
    Jimmy

Eliot the guys at Visual Composer (popular page builder) sent the following feedback:

…When you add your shortcode which pulls some content, its files are loaded as the shortcode is detected by CCS. However, when you add it via Templatera, CCS fails to detect its presence and hence does not load its files. It will require modifying CCS so that it can detect the shortcode within a third party shortcode (templatera), so that it can load its files in such cases too. …

Is this possible? It would makes for exciting possibilities.

    Thank you
    Jimmy

Is this the post content which loses formatting? Maybe you can manually specify: format=true

Hmm, I’m not sure how Templatera Element works, and I don’t have Visual Composer to test it. The thing is, CCS doesn’t load any files on the frontend to style the output. If you can point me to any information on how to detect the shortcode within Templatera Element, I can try to implement it.

    ??
    Solved with format=true. So easy!
    Thank you.
