Auto Fill problem!

    The donations page where you fill in the “purpose” and “reference” are already filled in for the person donating. The “Reference” line always says: 3D Plugins and the “Purpose” line always says: Spline Importer.

    It used to be that the individual had control of what went on those lines. How do they get it back? I need it to stop auto-filling those lines.

    When I go to the plugin settings it shows nothing on those lines. There’s nothing for me to erase so I don’t know how to get it to stop autofilling. Can you please help? Thank you!

    Those are just example values. You customize those values in the shortcode and/or in the settings menu of this plugin.

    Did you edit the values in settings or edit the shortcode. See documentation here:

    Yes, I went into settings as I said and those fields were blank already- they show nothing in them. But when you go to the payment page, they were filled with the words I mentioned. What is strange is that it used to be fine-we never saw this problem. Then suddenly it started doing this. We need them to remain blank. I would attempt to edit the shortcode but your instructions in the link for that above are so vague that I can’t accomplish the task. Any other suggestions as to where I would insert the code changes? Is there better resources? Thank you!
