Can't get The dropdown to work

I’ve got the rule set site wide: minimum 1, maximum 10, out of stock min 1, out of stock max 10, site wide step value 1.
On the shop page of my (client’s) site you can now see a value drop down below the product, but I can’t click into it at all.
What am I missing here?
