From Address using Google Apps

  • Having read the FAQ and searched the support posts and still not found an answer…

    I’m using Gravity Forms to send user responses to staff members and would like the email notifications to come FROM the visitor, not the Google Apps account we’re using from SMTP. Setting ReplyTo correctly sets the ReplyTo field in the email, but our staff is getting confused by the emails and would prefer the From field was correctly set like it was before we starting sending mail through Google Apps.

    Has anyone figured this one out? Thanks in advance for your reply.

  • Yes, I’m having this same issue with WooCommerce. The emails appear as if they are coming from my Google Apps address rather than the address specified in my WooCommerce settings.
