Forcing the teaser in a specific place with the tag displays share button

Hi,
When I force the teaser at a specific place with the <more> tag, this results in the social media share buttons usually found at the bottom of a post to display on my home page above the READ MORE text.
Can you let me know how to prevent this from happening?
