News Ticker Icon gone, unable to edit tickers

    It looks like the admin styleseets are not loading for you for some reason. I would suggest deleting the plugin and re-installing. You won’t lose any data that has been saved to the database, but hopefully this will clear up the stylesheet issue.

    I deactivated the plugin, deleted it, and re-installed it. Same issues are still there. Did this from the WordPress console. What to try next?

    Please submit a form at the bottom of https://www.metaphorcreations.com/ providing temporary access to your dashboard and FTP. I’m not sure what is happening on your site without checking it out personally.

    login infomation sent. Just noticed this appearing in the browser console log:

    post.php?post=3886&action=edit:136 GET https://dashicons-format-status/ net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

    when I try to “edit” a news ticker.

    I took a look at your site and I’m pretty sure your issues are due to your version of WordPress. WP 3.5 is now 4 years old and there is quite a bit of new functionality included in core (as well as dashboard structure and selectors for styling) that Ditty News Ticker uses.

    The only way to resolve these issues would be to update your WordPress installation.
