Hide download links in post pages?

    I am trying to restrict an entire menu of my website. I have used User Access Manager to restrict each page in the menu. I am trying to avoid asking for a password each time someone wants a restricted document. They can log in once for that menu and have access to all downloads there.

    Everything works fine, except that any search using the search box turns up the WPDM posts (Downloads). On those post pages there is a download link that defeats my purpose.

    Is there a way to either hide the download link on those posts, or is there a way to hide the posts themselves?

    OK. I’ve found a way to restrict and hide each post (WP
    DM download) in User Access Manager. It’s not ideal, but it does prevent unwanted access.
