Site been hacked URL injection what to do?
-
Hi,
I’ve been advised by Google that my site has been hacked. I have practically no knowledge of anything technical when it comes to websites – I built my site entirely on WordPress so I have been going round in circles as to what to do as most of what I read is beyond me.
I’ve contacted my webhost yesterday but they advised they couldn’t see anything and having installed a security system (sitelock) their scan said there was no malware detected on my site.
My site itself appears to be running fine but on using site: on Google, there are thousands of URL’s that are nothing to do with my site (and most in a different language possibly Japanese or Chinese.
Is there a way I can resolve this or am I going to have to reinstall wordpress and rebuild my entire website which isn’t ideal as it’s literally only a part time thing and I have little spare time with a small family so this could take ages.
My site is https://whitepeacockalbumdesign.co.uk
