Great, but not working with other plugins

    YES, Finally someone did something about the poor and ugly user profile! I realy like the tabbed form, is very clean and simple.

    PROBLEM:
    Maybe I am overlooking something, but the plugin does not seems to work properly with other plugins I realy need, like:

    – Restrict Author Posting
    – WP User Avatar

    The user-profile settings these plugins normaly have, does not show up in the tabs. Hopefully the developer can solve this problem.

    So for now I have to de-activate the plugin.

    It should work okay with WP User Avatar.

    But you’re right, that other plugins will need a shim to make them work together.

    @johnjamesjacoby It should, yes, but it doesn’t work with WP User Avatar. The resulting avatar selection field of that plugin is nowhere to be found in the profile now. Really a shame too, because this is a tremendous update for editing profiles.

    I also notice the FAQ mentions filters that can be used. Figure you’re either talking about the filters in WP (which obviously don’t work sicne WP User Avatar fields don’t show up with your plugin) or additional filters that can be added, but no documentation to support it. Went through the files on GitHub looking for access points, but all seem to require hacking this plugin, which isn’t ideal. Need to dig into the hooks a bit more, but didn’t look very pluggable from outside this plugin at a glance.
