Mobile menu does not drop down

  • The mobile menu bar is visible as it should on mobile devices of my web site. However, it does not open, drop down, when tapping on the screen.
    What is causing it not to open on touch on mobile devices?

    When you make the window smaller on a PC, the mobile menu opens on click

    I am having similar problem, the mobile menu bar would drop down but collapse immediately…
    Can’t find any solution so far from manipulating the responsive css.

    Just tried several things on style-responsive.css, and came up with a temporary solution.
    I added a line as below:

    #header-responsive-inner {
   height: inherit;
}

    Not sure why, but now on iphone (chrome) the menu would drop down, back up, drop down again and stay. Narrow browser on computer (firefox/chrome) works as expected.
    My knowledge is limited to css so it’s good enough I for now.

    Hi pelcones76 and chungwanchoi,

    Try checking for a plugin conflict. It sounds like there some conflicting code preventing the dropdown from working. You can test if it’s a plugin issue by deactivating all your plugins. If the issue goes away, then you can switch plugins back on 1 at a time until you find the one that’s causing problems. If it is a plugin conflict you can either use a different plugin, or instead contact that plugin author for support.

    I have the same problem. The drop-down menu for mobile phone does not work at all.
    When I tap it, the color of the bar turns from dark grey to light grey for a monent, and that’s all…
    I have tried to deactivate all plugins, but the problem is still there.

    I hope to get some help on this, or I have to find another theme that works!
