Private Tickets

This is my first attempt at setting up a help desk plugin with wordpress so forgive me if my question seems uninformed.
When a ticket is open I noticed that all registered users can view all tickets (when they are logged in). I thought and want the ticket to be viewable only to the registered user who opened the ticket. Please advise ASAP.
