small misc edit links missing

Moved wordpress to another sever using backup buddy. New server is running php 5.4.45. Cart works ok, running on primashop theme.
Problem is cant add layer to table shipping, nor can we add another card to credit card choices to make available to buyer. Presently MC &Visa are entered, but owner wants to add Amex.
The problem is there is no little edit link or button to do either things. The existing values are easily viewable, but cant be added to.
It appears that there are other configurable parameters that are missing the link as well. Help.
