    Hi bureaugravity,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you right click and save link as instead of clicking the download button?
You can also download the .wpress file that you have exported via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups).

Please, Pim, I can’t import a file, may you convert for me?

    Hi tiagonogueira108,

    Thank you for reaching out.
Could you reach out to me at support at servmask.com instead for safety and confidential purpose?

That is the solution I have decided to use for myself. It’s too bad nobody else has had this issue and come up with the reason why it broke in the first place.

Were you able to download the backup successfully, bureaugravity?
