  • I have the same problem. The console of the browser gives an error:
    Uncaught TypeError: a2a.kit[P] is not a function in static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js

    That’s odd. Every button on my “follow” widget is missing too. See screenshot please. It was working fine when I used it. I wonder what happened…removing it for now.

    I was using Firefox on my Macbook and disabled the AdBlock Plus add on from the browser. Once I did that the buttons disappeared. However since then I have checked Chrome and Safari and same result. Only 2 out of the 5 show up. If I click on other parts of the active widget the links are there so its like the icons are just missing.

    I have the same problem. Also the vertical floating widget doesn’t appear. It happened suddenly. Yesterdey it worked.

    i was using a PC today and Chrome and IE seem to work fine now. FireFox refuses to show it. I don’t get it. I know Firefox recently disabled some parts of webpages if they track info. Is there a work around for this?

    Certain missing icons and the console error that @travis182 reported was related to a short-lived bug on some sites that specifically use the LinkedIn share button. A core AddToAny fix was rolled out immediately after the buggy release. Sorry about that. If you still see the issue, just reload the page to resolve.

    @runarndgtndizzy re: Firefox, that’s only in Private Browsing mode. If you need share buttons even when a Firefox visitor is in Private Browsing mode, the workaround is to enable “Cache AddToAny locally with daily cache updates” in AddToAny Settings > Advanced Options.

    Thanks for the quick reply, but I’m still having the problem with the linkedin button. Even after a reload.

    Thank you for the info you have provided. I still experiencing an issue. I am using a MacBook and I get the same result on Safari, Chrome and Firefox where it only shows Google+ and Facebook share icons. The others do not reference. I have cleared browser cache on all 3 as well as the WordPress system cache. In addition I have deactivated and uninstalled and tried to reinstall the plugin and it still produces the same result. Any ideas?

    I’m still seeing blanks, the same with my screenshot earlier.

    1. If you’ve enabled the “Cache AddToAny locally with daily cache updates” option in AddToAny settings, and you still see the issue, you need to refresh your site’s AddToAny cache. In AddToAny Settings, hit “Save Changes” to refresh your local AddToAny cache.
    2. If you’re still seeing the issue (and haven’t enabled the ‘cache AddToAny’ option), try pressing Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac) to force a page reload in your browser. If that doesn’t work, see if it’s working on another browser/device or connection. Tools like browserling.com or browserstack.com will show you what other people are seeing.

    @runarndgtndizzy see #1.

    @travis182 #1? #2?

    @anima9 it’s working for others. Try reloading as suggested in #2.

    Ah! I tried 2 and it worked like a charm. I guess it was my own browser’s fault.

    Thanks!
