Redirection using username on url

HI,
How can I get the user redirected after login to a page that uses his username as ID (Slug)?
I used the Login page with the code:
[wpmem_form login redirect_to=”https://aprovar.esy.es/wordpress/’the user id here'”] but dont’t know what code to put on ‘the user id here’!Thanks!
