    Hi,

Can anyone confirm wether using this plugin behaves as it should be on windows based 2008 R2 server ?

primarily i have installed this and when i go to file permissions issue it says it should be 775 instead of 777, though we know file system handled differently on windows server and our permissions are set correct then too get this red/yellow highlights, is there way to correct this or it will remain that way.

    Thanks

Hi, 755 is the recommended file permission setting. If you currently have 777 then that area will remain in the current color reminding you what is the file permission recommendation which is 755.

You can read more about WordPress file permission recommendations.

    Thank you

    Hi Ghostrider07,
Yes reading windows permissions is something the plugin currently doesn’t do.
Haven’t figured out the best way to achieve this yet so for now you should probably ignore those red/yellow warnings.
