How do I add padding to comments?

  • This is an extremely stupid question, but I really need help.

    Basically, I’d like to add some space under the comment. Or padding I guess you’d call it.

    The reason is, I’d like to have people’s gavatars in their colored grey box. But when they post a short comment, the gravatar sticks out on the bottom. I was thinking adding some padding could solve this.

    It’s part of the f5pring widgets theme.

    As an aside, I tried the ‘sexy comments’ plugin, and it was PERFECT, aesthetically. But I encountered an issue where some comments would randomly disappear (or not load) in Internet Explorer. GAH. So I deactivated it.
