Just updated the theme, and updated to WP 4.4
I have run through those already, changed to default theme, ran template debug mode in WC system status tools, turned off plugins one by one – problem still exists. So very strange… and frustrating.

What’s interesting is that google cache as of 2 days ago works:

For products with less than 20 variations, variations data is passed in the <form class=”variations_form” element. See the markup. This data includes variation #4853 which has invalid parameters. The data also includes variations 4303 & 4304 which have correct data.

Can you find and delete #4853 in the list of variations. If not, you’ll need to find it in the database, or make a new product and delete the old one.

I’ve seen this on this board before but its quiet rare.
