Hey there you should change the Page templates section when you create a page. Please check that area and select apropriate template for the regarding page. You’ll see the demo like shop pages and others.

Make sure you have installed required plugins and make sure you have at least one product there.

You should be able to get the same look as the demo from Theme Options > Home Layout.
As for products, have you set a page to be your shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display?

It looks like you don’t have woocommerce installed? That is how you get the product options. You need to install the woocommerce plugin.

As for showing portfolio posts on your home page you have one portfolio post created but it doesn’t look like you have assigned it one featured image. Looks like you gave it some gallery images but you have to assign the featured image for the post.
