Needs auto-refresh Login page on Error

    When Captcha is not entered correctly, user only gets a Error screen. Pressing BACK on the browser simply goes back to the login with an OLD Captcha question. REFRESHing the error page makes the Browser ask if all info is to be entered again, which is pointless since the info provided in the forms is bad.
    The Captcha question needs to be refreshed.

    -Provide a URL to click on to go back to LOGIN page that will refresh Captcha question.
    -Auto-refresh the Login page while going back automatically after a delay.

    Make is user-friendly.
