    Boxes default to gray background wityh no image in Safari. This is most likely because the css is constructed in shorthand, and Safari has a long history of not rendering shorthand. If the css were broken into long form, it might fix this. Attempting to override the style in a custom css file, but no luck so far.

    Also overflow:hidden is not working on the overlay when border radius is used (again, only in Safari). Possibly also a style markup issue.

    I realize Safari is not fully supported at this time. Just offering info.
