Profile Photo an cover photo

  • If I want to upload a profile picture or cover photo in Ultimate Member with a size that is larger than 5184 px by 2920 px, seems it doesn’t work in one way or another way. It is going wrong when I try to uploading for the following photo formats and that is by 5184 px by 3456 px and 5184 px by 3888. It is uploading but I can not see the picture at all. Does anyone know a solution to this problem here?

    Hi Champ Camba,

    I can send you some pictures by email with different kind of formats so, you can try it out by yourself. Even when I Disable all the plugin from my site except Ultimate Memeber does not seem to work with high level formats.
