Settings Page empty

I just installed this plugin and after activating, when I click on the “Pinterest PinIt Button” settings button in my wordpress admin, the page that loads is blank. The settings/options do not appear it’s just a blank page.

I tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling, but the issue persists.

Any ideas? The plugin does seem to work, I can see the pinit button on images, although it also seems to add a pinit button below the content which points to https://www.pinterest.com/pin/create/button and brings up a pinning page with no image to pin.
