Connection Reset When Uploading Theme

  • Hi, I’ve downloaded a theme from Themeforest and when I try to upload it to WP nothing happens for a couple of minute then I get the Connection Reset message come up.

    I’ve tried searching for answers, and I’m uploading the themename.zip file but it’s still not working.

    Can anyone help?

    I’m not very good with computer stuff so I don’t know how to find out any other way.

    If it helps anyone, I just tried uploading another theme (storefront from Woothemes) and it was fine.

    Is this a problem with wordpress or something else?
