i guess your theme is using “>” html character,
it can be called by a html character in theme or else,

just dig question, if you want to fully scrap it (style.css of theme or so).

yes, this character is called in theme stylesheet (by CSS) or if your theme is bad coded, in direct php code.

what i tried to explained is this is pure html character, so it’s most likely hard coded in theme.

I contacted the theme creator, and he told me that this is not his theme code… he said this sign is called by jetpack… but i don’t have jetpack installed…

so this is gonna be fun finding who’s calling this sign…

can i post the CSS code? maybe you can find it…

but in header, you still call awesome fonts

so what do i have to remove, to get rid of this?

Go to header.php of your theme, and remove the line calling font awesome.
