Visual Composer and Slider Conflict

I have some sort of conflict happening with my theme’s slider and WPbakery. Other than that it seems to be working fine on everything else and I’d like to use it to complete my site. The main slider is getting trashed when I active Visual Composer. Turning it off fixes the slider. Images below

I would be fine just disabling slider stuff from the visual editor if that does the trick. I tried disabling several settings in the composer but nothing seemed to effect it. Thanks for any help.
