Incorrect Stats on WordPress App

  • Hi all

    Hope someone can help.

    I have a self hosted blog and have paid wordpress.com to redirect people to my new blog https://www.tastefullyvikkie.com

    I added my self hosting blog to the app so I could check the stats and it was working perfectly. However, I don’t know what happened but they are no long correct and now get “No activity in this period” but I can see them correctly if I log on to my laptop.

    I did have to create a new username a couple of weeks ago as wordpress.com and .org are different and believe this is when the stats changed.

    I hope someone can shed some light as I’m so confused.#

    Jetpack is what collects the stats displayed in the app for self-hosted blogs, but I don’t see any trace of the Jetpack plugin on your site.

    Is Jetpack installed and active on your blog? If so, what version? Do you see a Jetpack section in your blog’s Dashboard? If you go there, does it say you’re connected to WordPress.com?
