PayPal Buttons No Longer Working In Table

I tried updating some PayPal buttons and inserting the code into a cell in Ultimate Tables, but some of the code “won’t save” so the buttons do not appear. Part of the code gets stripped when saving the pasted code. This has never been a problem before, so I know PayPal code can go inside the tables. PayPal button code outside the table still works fine.
I’ve gotten no response from support via email. Right before the holidays is a really lousy time to not be able to sell products / services because a plug-in went AWOL. I’d appreciate any help ASAP ?? TIA
