You can create a redirect to nothing

We had someone hit the save button on a redirect without entering any URLs without noticing, so the front page of the website redirected to nothing. The plugin should probably prevent people from doing this, as I can’t imagine a situation in which a 301 without a destination would be desired functionality. A confirmation if nothing else would be great.
