Buddypress Activity Plus icons not showing

Hello,

I recently installed the Buddypress Activity Plus plugin to share images and videos in the activity stream. But when I installed the plugin the Buddypress Activity Plus icons didn’t show anywhere on the site. Things I’ve tried to fix the problem:
– Change to a custom theme
– Look for any JavaScript errors
– Uninstall all other plugins (except Buddypress)

I also performed some changes on post-form.php, but none of them seemed to work.

I hope somebody can help me out.
