    Hi,
It’s kind of urgent issue. Can you please check and explain?

Ok let me understand a bit better?
You have a paid subscription with no end date. So they sign up and pay $14.99 every month for life until they cancel?
If this is the case can you not set an expiry date for way in the future sometime.. Then that info is pasted to stripe anyway.

Have you asked stripe is it is anything to do with them..??

Telling them you dont put an expiry date in however Stripe is showing random ones in..

Personally I dont know the answer so just trying to eliminate things for you.

If it is a Recurring billing membership, make sure you have it set correctly

Recurring Subscription: Check if your level has a recurring payment

Billing Amount: The amount to be billed one cycle (day(s), week(s), month(s), year(s)) after the initial payment.

Billing Cycle: The total number of recurring billing cycles for this level, including the trial period (if applicable) but not including the initial payment. Set to zero if membership is indefinite. At the end of the last cycle, billing will stop, but the user will still have their membership level access unless you also set an expiration below.
