    Hi,

I have tried to use this popup maker plugin, but i have difficulty to display the popup at the right place.

I tried to set to display at middle center, but i can’t even find my pop up at any place on my PC (1920×1080) but the overlay is shown there.

In addition, how does the regression work? It does not display on mobile phone either. The selection of regression display, may i know how does it work for resizing popup on mobile?

Lastly, i have an image inside the container, but i found out that the overlay happened on the container as well, and the z-overlay is 1999999998 and z-pop-up is 1999999999

The plugin is very good with lots of flexibility but it does not work very well to me, and appreciate your help to fix the problems.

    Regards,
    Melinda

    HI,

In addition, i just found out that the pop up will never show if I don’t enable/check the box of “Checking this will cause popup to open automatically.”

May I know why this happen?

The major problem now is that if i need overlay on the background of the site, the overlay will apply to the pop up too, and thus makes both pop-up and background darker. It seems to me it is the z-layer problem, but i don’t know why it is like this and how to fix ?

    Appreciate your help,

    regards,
    Melinda

@melindamak – Without a link its hard to say exactly but a lot of themes don’t call wp_footer() in the correct place in their footer.php files. This causes popups to be layered improperly. We are addressing this from our end by wrapping the popup in the overlay div.

Popup Maker started as a modal tool, for creating click open popups, so not all popups are automatically opened. We sell several other trigger types as well.

Most of the time you can fix the layering issue by overriding your themes css with a few new rules, but can’t say for sure until I see it.

    Hope that helps.
