Updated Shopp, lost images and shipping?

I have not updated wp, I think I am using 4.2.5, can’t seem to find where it would tell me what version I have? The issues I am experiencing is from an update to Shopp. Since updating, pictures of my products are not showing up. Also, if I try to purchase an item, shipping is not working. I have looked in shopp>system>shipping and ups selected and all the required access code, etc for ups is there. Don’t know what to do next? I am very new to this, please be kind. Thank you!
