W3 Total Cache conflig with Mailchimp plugin

the version show 0.9.4.1 W3 is great plugin but unfortunately when I started using Mail-chimp found out has conflict after weeks of testing finally I had to Turn off all plugin one by one that how I found out the W3 was the problem when I deactivate W3 the mail go out not problem.
Can someone help.by the way Maill-chimp Version 3.0.9.Thank you
