Output of next execution column doesn't match "WP-Cron Events" "next run" c

I installed this plugin and many jobs are showing up as “At next page refresh”. I then installed “WP-Cron Events” to compare the results and this plugin is showing all but one of these same jobs as having set “next runs” as it calls it.
Any idea about the discrepancy?
