using entry fields in thank you template

    We want to include the name of the donor in the closing section of the thank-you template. In the salutation, it’s “Dear [firstname] [lastname]”. When I put [firstname] [lastname] in the closing section, the information doesn’t show up.

    I believe you need to use all caps.
