problem sending form: redirecting to a non-existent page

Hello!
I have a problem with sending contact form. It is located in the post, and is displayed in a modal window(bootstrap) on different pages using the method load() of jquery.
When submitting the form, is redirected to a page type: https://mysite/category/post/#wpcf7-f166-p34-o1.
Please, help me to understand this!
