Column option and Image issue

    Hi,

    I have selected 3 column for my gallery but column option is not working.

    Also, when page loads first time, images are displayed in very small size as actual image size is 1100 * 850px.

    Please guide me for Column option and to display actual image size when page loads First time using gallery.
