Rewrites in content links to cache links

    It also creates duplicate content with these inline content links.
    But the idea is great. I hope the developer will fix this!

    Thanks for the feedback. I will look into fix both issues in the near future. The content duplication is a tricky issue to fix. Will need some research/brainstorming to get it right.
