    As you suggested that option is not available in our current version of plugin but in our next release we will sure cover your concern so that you can change the label as you want. ??

    We have just release our plugin latest version 1.1.2 in this update we have covered your concern. So now what ever Label you set in ‘Extra Cost Name’ in admin panel that label will display in checkout page instead of ‘Extra Cost Based On Selected Country’. Please check for the same.
