Both Magnific Popup and dFactory's Resposive Lightbox showing

  • I installed and activated dFactory’s Resposive Lightbox and followed the instructions by checking “use dFactory’s Resposive Lightbox” and setting thumbnail click option. As a result I get both lightboxes appearing with dFactory’s on top.

    Returning MaxGalleria’s settings to use Magnific Popup I still get both. I had to deactivate dFactory to stop it from appearing.

    I have tried various combinations of settings in both plugins including setting the rel attribute to be the same and/or different in both plugins but I still get both popping up.

    If I set dFactory’s Resposive Lightbox to only load on pages when it is used it doesn’t load on MaxGalleria galleries.

    Has anyone experience this?

    Normally in your gallery’s option tab, selecting for ‘Thumbnail Click Opens:’ anything other than ‘Light Box’ image will prevent the javascript required for the popup from loading. But if something else on the page is loading Magnific, including another Maxgalleria gallery, then you might encounter a conflict.

    To debug it I would recommend turning off dFactory’s Resposive Lightbox and work with the Maxgallery options (and if necessary the default settings under MaxGallery->Settings, Image Tiles), to insure that Magnific popup is not showing. Then turn back on dFactory’s Resposive Lightbox.
