Please rename functions conflicting with Duplicate Post

  • Hi,
    I’m the developer of Duplicate Post plugin.
    I’m getting quite a few e-mails and posts asking why our plugins conflict.
    I see you’ve taken and adapted some functions from my code, and that’s OK, that’s the purpose and the spirit of free software, but can you please rename them to avoid conflicts?
    I namespaced them with “duplicate_post_” prefix just to make sure it wouldn’t happen…

    Can you please fix this? It shouldn’t be too much pain and our common users will have great relief!

    any news on this issue? I saw you released some new versions but the conflict hasn’t been fixed, is it right?

    We have already fixed the conflict in our dev code and the new version will be relased in one or two weeks.
