  • Hi Steve,

    Try [booking-form].

    Thread Starter Flexxall

    (@flexxall)

    That worked excellent. Thank you,
    Steve

I tried to use this[booking-form] shortcode, but doesn’t work for me :-(.
    How Can I to do?
    Thank you

    HI morganaeffect,

The shortcode is pretty straightforward and I can’t think of a reason it wouldn’t work unless you’ve got a typo. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme to see if there’s any conflict.

With sixteen theme doesn’t work. Now I try disactivating all other plugins

I deactivate all plugin but it’s the same thing.
Maybe I should upgrade to WordPress 4.6 version?

    Hi morganaeffect,

You should always update to the latest version of WordPress. Not doing so can leave you vulnerable to hackers.

I doubt it will fix the specific problem you’re facing, though. If there’s not a theme or plugin conflict, it’s likely that you’re not using the shortcode properly in some way.

Can you describe in more detail where and how you’re using the shortcode? It should be used:

    – In page or post content
    – Without any other text adjacent, exactly as [booking-form]
    – Not in a text widget
    – It should be the only booking form on the page

Also, have you tested the setting under Bookings > Settings > Booking Page? That will automatically append the booking form to a page. If that’s not working either, there’s probably an issue with the rendering of the form in general, not just the shortcode.

    Hi,
it does not matter I solved in other ways, thanks.

My problem was the visibility in widget.

    Thank you for your attention.
