Using su_tabs and active now breaks all tabs

I recently updated to SU 4.9.9 and WP 4.4. Since then, all pages that use the shortcode ‘[su_tabs active=”#”]’ are broken. When I remove the ‘active=”#”‘ the page is restored.

I googled “su_tabs active=” and see that every site on the web that uses “active=” is broken.

Is there a new way to select a tab to be displayed by default, rather than the first tab?
