Woocommerce Custom Emails?

Hi, thanks for the great plugin! Is there any way for you to incorporate custom order status emails? For instance, I use the plugin “WooCommerce Order Status Manager” and have a custom order status for “shipping”, which generates a custom email inside the WooCommerce email section. Is there any way to incorporate those custom emails into the available emails to preview, in addition to just the standard ones?
