Can I remove automatically stock with scanning code?

Hi.
I am new to WordPress and Woo-commerce, so far I have manage to do what ever I want through guides and google or WordPress “search”.
I have create a site for selling clothing. My problem is that I have 3 physical stores selling the same products, so when a product from a physical store is soled I have to reduce the stock from the site.
Is there a plugin or/and any programs that I can add (create for each variation) barcodes and scan them with a USB Scanner and automatically reduce my product stock?
