    Hi! I don’t have the deposits plugin so I can’t check this. The ‘HTML template screenshot’ comes from the email I suppose? HTML output from the PDF plugin (via the Status tab) should always display the same data as the PDF, this screenshot looks like it is not from the PDF invoice plugin.

    Either way, the PDF invoice plugin is not doing any recalculations on the totals, they come straight from WooCommerce, so this is something you will have to take up with the Deposits plugin developers.
